In Memoriam: Fernando Flores Morador (1950-2023)
Human Act Informatics is grounded in Cybernetics 3.0, a theoretical framework developed by Professor Fernando Flores Morador. He received his PhD from Lund University in 2001 and had a long academic career as a lecturer and author of thirteen books. From 2018 to 2023, he served as an Honorary Research Professor at the University of Alcalá and was the principal intellectual force behind this project.
His visionary work, evidenced in four key publications: The Informational Foundation of the Act (2018), Whispers and Shouts; The Informational Measurement of the Human Act (2020), El Hacedor y el Tiempo. Cibernetica 3.0. Volumen I: Polarizaciones (2021) y El Hacedor y el Tiempo. Volume II: Levitaciones (2022) has shaped our path.
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Fernando Flores Morador on January 2nd, 2023. Our journey with Fernando was a deeply fulfilling collaboration, pushing the limits of knowledge and challenging conventional perspectives. Until his final moments, Fernando remained dedicated to his work, leaving behind a legacy that will be completed and published on this site. His presence is deeply missed, and he will forever be remembered with love.
